House Keeping at the Orphanage

Just like your family home the Bread of Life family home needs repairs and maintenance from time to time.  Recent improvements include new windows which we appreciate so much in the winter.  Cozy is so much better than drafty!  We have replaced some of our washing machines for the children’s clothing and bedding.  Now we need to do some painting and plumbing repairs so the orphanage will be the best we can provide for the children.  We also must make sure we are ready for government inspections.  One improvement we hope to make is adding drinking fountains for the children to use on each floor.   Supporter’s donations allow us to do all the little things that make a good life possible for the children.

Thank you for your interest in Bread of Life Ministries. We have been able to accomplish a lot with the help of our supporters around the world. There is still more for us to do. Please prayerfully consider how you might help support Bread of Life as we provide support to children and families in need.

These aspects of life are beyond our control, yet they shape us deeply.

God’s Word instructs us to care for the vulnerable, especially the widows and elderly. Psalm 56:8 states, “You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in Your bottle.” Inspired by this, the Bread of Life ministry extends compassion to the elderly, who often go unnoticed despite their sacrifices and hard work in earlier years.
